Scientific Field Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven salesperson to join our team as a Field Sales Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to manage medium retail sales accounts and larger independent garden centres, leading to profitable sales growth in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales objectives and KPIs per account and per product group.
Contribute to the annual sales plan.
Provide weekly and/or monthly commercial results and reports to the senior account manager UK and/or sales director.
Monitor and improve the quantity of orders and the order value in consultation with the account team.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing B2B consumer goods sales.
Experience managing accounts and building relationships.
Happy to be predominantly field-based.
Driven by sales and winning new business with a positive attitude.
