Program ManagerAs aProgram Manager of highly technical engineers you will beresponsible for working with the technical team to develop plansand coordinate executing the plans to achieve innovative deliverieson time and within budget. You will report to company leadership andinteract and support team members across theorganization.Youwill: Develop ProgramPlans:
  • In coordination with theproject technical lead(s) define project objectives project scoperoles & responsibilities based on the contract the proposaland company objectives
  • Define resource andtechnical requirements and manage resource availability &allocation
  • Prepare a detailed project plan toschedule key project milestones work streams &activities
  • Outline a budget based onrequirements and track costs to deliver project onbudget
Lead ProgramExecution:
  • Managing delivery of theproject according to the program plan and thecontract
  • Track project and provide regularreports on project status to project team and key internal andexternal stakeholders
  • Manage and adjust for anychanges in project scope schedule and/orbudget
  • Identifying and mitigating potentialrisks
  • Manage the relationship and communicationwith the customer and all stakeholders ensuring the project isdelivered to their satisfaction
Provide input to proposals led by BusinessDevelopment Support BusinessOperations:
  • Organization andexecution of company activities including project weekly synchmeetings monthly scheduling and projectupdates
  • Invoice tracking and reconciliation ofinternal systems and ensuring accurate billing with internalsystems
  • Various administrative tasks such astracking company expenses subscription management and overseeingasset inventory and general businessmanagement
Input to corporatestrategy and complianceYourExperience:
  • A Bachelor s degree in arelavent field.
  • Ability to obtain a securityclearance
  • More than 5 years of provenproject/program management in pastperformance
  • Federal Government contracting andcompliance experience stronglypreferred
  • Experience working with a range ofhighly technical engineers and motivate / lead them to achievetheir maximum potential on projecttasks
  • Ability to clearly capture complextechnical concepts in writing and slides for both technical andgeneral audiences
  • Must have high attention todetail and have experience interfacing directly with DODcustomers
  • Experience leading a team oftechnical subject matter experts
  • Ability towork independently in a fastpaced environment while engaging inmultiple tasks at once
  • Strong listening andproblemsolving skills
PreferredQualifications &Experience:
  • Familiar with thecomponents of a Program Protection Plan and the basic principles ofeach embedded security discipline (antitamper cybersecurity supplychain security)
  • Experience with EVMS systemsfor government contract management
  • Experiencewith software assurance system integrity trust strategies supplychain exploitation methods and countermeasures and/or generalvulnerability analysis
  • Technical Degree inengineering computer science physics or relatedfield
  • PMP certification is desired but not arequirement. Should be at least comfortable with all of thestandard PMI processes and practices
  • Experiencemanaging programs using a range of approaches including traditionalwaterfall and agileapproaches
