KeyResponsibilities
  • Workwith crossfunctional partners to deliver projects from initiationthrough close within supply chain functions(sourcing/manufacturing/supplyplanning/inventory/logistics)
  • Work within anagile delivery methodology to develop and support sprint planningreviews and retrospectives and develop cross functional projectplans including partnership with technology teams vendors andleaders.
  • Must have experience managing ITprojects
  • Squad Prog. Mgr role with acontinuous backlog of projects to manage. (as opposed to managingone specific program)
  • Experience in discretemanufacturing industry supply chain process is must
  • Implement program & change management frameworksprocesses and templates right sized for speed scale and seamlessimplementation through project cycle.
  • Fosterbroad crossfunctional collaboration and alignment to drivecommunication integrated planning and execution.
  • Good to have Traceability o network serializationunderstanding.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience initiating andexecuting highly crossfunctional projects and programs to delivertechnology and business solutions.
  • Businessknowledge of key supply chain processes across manufacturingplanning sourcing and logistics.
  • BachelorsDegree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree (MBA orMA) or equivalent experience
  • Project/ProgramManagement certification (e.g. PMP or PgMP)
