Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement supply strategies tailored to specific products, aligning with market demands and new product launches.
- Engage with both internal and external manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of finished goods and bulk drug products.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive supply planning strategies and execute relevant components effectively.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete stock while guaranteeing a steady supply chain.
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and R&D teams to resolve supply chain challenges.
- Involve in new product introduction initiatives, ensuring supply plans are crafted, communicated, and executed in accordance with project timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient understanding of Supply Chain principles and practices, with experience in at least three of the following areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, or Sales & Operations Planning.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications or ongoing education from APICS, ISM, or other recognized professional organizations are advantageous.
- A minimum of five years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical GMP environment is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
Additional Information:
- The department oversees the pipeline of all client products. Candidates should possess robust planning experience and be adept at managing multiple products simultaneously. Strong Excel skills are also a requirement.
