Product Supply Planning Specialist

Position Overview: The NPI Supply Planner role is integral to the supply chain operations, focusing on the formulation and implementation of tailored supply strategies in partnership with various teams across development and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product-specific supply plans.
  • Optimize inventory levels to meet production demands.
  • Engage in new product introduction initiatives to ensure seamless supply continuity.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of supply chain principles, with substantial experience in:

  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Materials Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Sales & Operations Planning

Familiarity with business operations, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential. Experience in a GMP environment is also required.

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is necessary, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills: Proficiency in Excel is required, and certifications from APICS, ISM, or other recognized professional organizations will be considered advantageous.
