Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Agritech Product Officer to join our team. This role is vital for the development and management of our product offerings both in consulting and courses and through our e-commerce platform. The Agritech Product Officer will collaborate with our team to identify market needs, develop product strategies, and ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. This is an equity-based role until we secure funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to define the product vision and roadmap aligned with DasVita's strategic goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the agritech sector.
- Product Development: Work closely with the consulting, courses, and e-commerce teams to develop and enhance product offerings, ensuring they address the specific needs of our target audience.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of products and services, implementing feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement processes.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Identify and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to enhance product offerings and ensure quality standards.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights on product performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Manage product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Innovation and Sustainability: Drive innovation in product development with a focus on sustainable agricultural practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the agritech or agriculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and technologies.
