Stone Worktop Fabricator

**Everything Stone** specialises in the manufacture & installation of a wide range of stone products within the construction industry. These include worktops for kitchens & bathrooms, wall cladding, flooring, hearths and copings. And due to our continued success and planned growth, we are now looking to recruit a 'stone worktop fabricator' to join our small team in our workshop.
- Shaping & Edge Polishing - after training you will be expected to create radius corners and certain edge profiles to granite & quartz kitchen worktops using a water & air fed polishing tool. You will also be expected to finely finish stone products by hand.
- Production - After training you will be expected to assist with the production of specialist items of fabrication such as drop down mitre edge profiles, stone sink fabrication and LED light attachments.
- Clean & seal stone products - After training you will be expected to prepare each item so they can be cleaned & sealed before leaving the workshop.
- CNC machines - You will be expected to assist other team members on the CNC routing centre and CNC Bridge Saws, helping to bring in large slabs of stone from the storage yard and place them on the machines ready for cutting.
- Daily Checks & Cleaning - You will be required to keep daily checks on the stone production equipment, and keep your work areas clean and tidy. You will also assist with de-silting the linear drainage channels and empty bags of silt using the fork lift etc.
- Installation of stone worktops - On occasion you will be required to assist the installation team with worktop installs.
