Program Manager

As a Program Manager of highly technical engineers youwill be responsible for working with the technical team to developplans and coordinate executing the plans to achieve innovativedeliveries on time and within budget. Your involvement will play akey role in creating a streamlined organized and positiveexperience for our customers and employees. You will report tocompany leadership and interact and support team members across theorganization.

Youwill:

Develop ProgramPlans:

  • In coordinationwith the project technical lead(s) define project objectivesproject scope roles & responsibilities based on the contractthe proposal and company objectives

  • Define resource and technical requirements andmanage resource availability & allocation

  • Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule keyproject milestones work streams & activities

  • Outline a budget based onrequirements and track costs to deliver project on budget

Lead Program Execution:

  • Managing delivery of the projectaccording to the program plan and the contract

  • Track project and provide regularreports on project status to project team and key internal andexternal stakeholders

  • Manage and adjust for any changes in project scopeschedule and/or budget

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks

  • Manage the relationship andcommunication with the customer and all stakeholders ensuring theproject is delivered to their satisfaction

Provide input to proposals led by BusinessDevelopment

Support BusinessOperations:

  • Organizationand execution of company activities including project weekly synchmeetings monthly scheduling and project updates

  • Invoice tracking and reconciliationof internal systems and ensuring accurate billing with internalsystems

  • Variousadministrative tasks such as tracking company expenses subscriptionmanagement and overseeing asset inventory and general businessmanagement

Input tocorporate strategy and compliance

Your Experience:

  • A Bachelors degree in a relaventfield.

  • Ability to obtaina security clearance

  • Morethan 5 years of proven project/program management in pastperformance

  • FederalGovernment contracting and compliance experience stronglypreferred

  • Experienceworking with a range of highly technical engineers and motivate /lead them to achieve their maximum potential on projecttasks

  • Ability to clearlycapture complex technical concepts in writing and slides for bothtechnical and general audiences

  • Must have high attention to detail and have experienceinterfacing directly with DOD customers

  • Experience leading a team of technical subjectmatter experts

  • Ability towork independently in a fastpaced environment while engaging inmultiple tasks at once

  • Strong listening and problemsolving skills

Preferred Qualifications& Experience:

  • Familiar with the components of a Program Protection Planand the basic principles of each embedded security discipline(antitamper cybersecurity supply chain security)

  • Experience with EVMS systems forgovernment contract management

  • Experience with software assurance system integrity truststrategies supply chain exploitation methods and countermeasuresand/or general vulnerability analysis

  • Technical Degree in engineering computerscience physics or related field

  • PMP certification is desired but not a requirement. Shouldbe at least comfortable with all of the standard PMI processes andpractices

  • Experiencemanaging programs using a range of approaches including traditionalwaterfall and agile approaches
