NICE is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to lead employee experience and engagement activities focusing on strengthening employees’ sense of belonging and pride throughout our various offices across EMEA and APAC, with a particular focus on our London office. This role is part of the HR organization.

 How will you make an impact?  

Planning, leading and executing the annual employee experience plan, from ideation to outstanding executionPlanning and executing initiatives that promote NICE as an employer of choiceLeading employee wellbeing events and celebrations, wellness activities, holidays parties, social/happy hours and more, while constantly raising the bar, creating, and innovatingAdding the razzle dazzle and wow factor to employee experience initiativesBringing a local and culturally-aware flavor to global initiatives coming from Corporate HR Centers of Excellence: enhancing, customizing, and promoting them on-siteManaging and collaborating with a variety of external vendorsDriving the welcoming experience and orienting new employeesManaging the employee experience budget – tracking, allocating and ensuring optimal usage of the budget based on strategic priorities

Have you got what it takes?

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in employee experience roles in a global companyStrong project management skills and execution skillsPassion, spark and drive to bring creative ideas to every initiative, and turn them into realityDrive to leverage organizational culture and engagementAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment“Hands on” attitude and abilityStrong knowledge in market trends, social platforms, and networkingEvent planning skills – from ideation to executionHigh energy, high standardsExcellent interpersonal relationships Excellent communication, collaboration & negotiation skillsStrong cultural awareness EXTREMELY detail-oriented
