A charismatic facilitator and team player, you’ll be engaging and insightful. You’re a natural at diagnosing Clients’ challenges and scoping out engagement strategies and solutions, aligned to business strategy, that significantly improve employee experience (and ultimately, productivity).

You’ll be at home amongst senior stakeholders, comfortable and capable of operating at this level. You’ll be a seasoned professional, a confident public speaker, adept at writing and creating thought-leadership content. And you’ll bring all of your extensive experience to bear when it comes to developing transformative strategic solutions for Clients’ people challenges.
The breadth and scope of this role means you’ll get involved in a wide range of projects, working closely with colleagues across the agency, including your Consultancy teammates, Strategy, Creative and Project Management. You will lead the development of the Employee Experience through the research and development of insight and behavioural truths.

- Work closely with other McCann offices and teams where appropriate, to create business opportunities and deliver agency growth.
Thought Leadership
- Be a thought-leader and a powerful positive advocate, have a point of view on topics affecting our industry; a role model
- Represent McCann Synergy externally. A natural pro, you won’t feel fazed by a crowd, no matter how big or how senior.
Client Development
- Work in partnership with Leadership and Consultants to build and strengthen relationships with clients, identify opportunities to add value and differentiate ourselves

- Determination and the courage of your convictions
- Resilience and flexibility, skilled at pivoting and prioritising at speed
- Being a brilliant, supportive team player, willing to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck in
- A sense of pace and urgency, an “on it” approach
Benefits:
In addition to a competitive salary, we are committed to creating a brilliant environment for all our people. This includes benefits such as 28 days holiday, plus the opportunity to buy more holiday, enhanced pension contributions, life assurance and much more.
A culture of learning and development is also central to our ethos, so you’ll have access to industry leading training and development programmes, plus you’ll get to work closely with the world’s biggest media partners to access exclusive features and products.
