Mintel International has a fantastic HRIS opportunity within our global human resource team.

As the subject matter expert on all HR systems your focus will be on supporting our end to end HRIS business processes, with an impetus on reporting and application support activities, you will play an important role in assisting with ongoing system support, to key stakeholders. The position holder will be responsible for the day to day administration of the HR system Ultipro and Greenhouse. 

What You'll Be Doing:

System Administration and Maintenance

Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix Provide 1st level support for employees and managers for system functionality enquiries Work with users of HRIS systems to resolve system and interface queries Administer assigned functions, such as recruitment, classification review, compensation, employment, leave and benefits administration Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches Maintenance: To assist with all maintenance tasks and processes in relation to the various Ultipro and greenhouse modules and ensure they are running at optimum performance levels New modules: To support with new modules are built, tested and implemented, within scoped parameters and in line with Mintel’s security profiles and GDPR legislation Upgrades: In consultation with the relevant departments and HR team, schedule and test all related upgrades and arrange periodic database to the test maintenance and development sites Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for any queries in relation to the Ultipro and Greenhouse system, to log necessary calls with the system provider, and keep users up to date on queries raised

Data Integrity

Change verification: Protect the integrity of the system data by ensuring only authorised changes are carried out System and user audits: Conduct data audits and data cleansing exercises, user audits and security access audits Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data on the systems administering all system updates

Training

User guides: Create and maintain documentation for Managers and HR processes, ensuring it is relevant, easy to follow and is kept up to date Training: Take responsibility for all system training materials, ensuring all new users are given the necessary training on the system and that regular refresher training is provided to all Mintel employees; which may be manual, video or online (zoom) training Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and ensure proper training and documentation is available for end users

Reporting

Data extraction: Produce ad hoc management information reports for managers, and the accounts and HR team to enable strategic and management decisions Advice and Assistance: Provide assistance to the accounts and HR team to enable them to produce reports/audit reports as required Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing stakeholder(s) needs  Work with HR and the business to understand core stakeholder requirements as it relates to; Building, running and analysing reports from HR system

What We Are Looking for From You

Relevant experience of system(s) maintenance and administration. Building and modifying workflows within the system(s), including testing and implementing changes Extracting and creating reports from the system(s), for the purpose of statutory and management reporting Acting as the first point of contact for user queries and raising issues with the system providers for action and for, training employees and other relevant stakeholders on the system(s) Degree level education or equivalent experience Strong problem solving skills to solve any issues within the system Ability to support/ assist improvement of modules within the HRIS system Ability to understand and communicate complex functional and technical solutions to end users Excellent engagement and communication skills with all levels of the organisation
