LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are supporting a leading law firm with the recruitment of an HR Administrator based in London (hybrid working).
This role is within a busy HR team, designed to support the HR Business Partners/Manager with administrative matters across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding through to exit. The team offer a full generalist HR service to a growing business of around 500 employees across multiple sites in the UK.
This will be a varied administrative role, and will include tasks such as the below:
- Managing the HR inbox, responding to queries, and assigning to the team where appropriate
- Management of HR system - able to advise others on its use, enter and maintain accurate data and generate data output as required for reports
- Drafting, creating, and revising documents and letters (often using templates), including contractual variations, salary documentation, optional benefits amendments, offer documents for new starters
- Custodian of HR documents, including policies and procedures
- Maintain HR and employee records (manual and digital filing systems)
- Co-ordinate information provided for internal communications
- Help collate the monthly payroll documentation - including changes to salary, job titles, etc
- Assisting on general administration, that may include recruitment and L&D activity
We're looking for an extremely organised and conscientious administrative professional, legal sector or professional services experience is desirable.
Full time hours are preferred. Hybrid working is offered - with preference of minimum 3 days per week presence in the London office (Chancery Lane).
