As Marketing Co-ordinator for our Communications Project team, you’ll support the shaping and delivery of hyper-personalised customer communications and interactions across all audiences including Individual, SME and Corporate and Intermediaries. 

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. 

What you’ll be doing: 

Good understanding of marketing, ideally within a regulated environment with an interest in developing your marketing and project skills. Naturally curious with an ability to learn quickly and retain information. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience of project management software (Azure DevOps) would be advantageous. Good team player and communicator, with a proactive approach to problem solving, who can work well under pressure. High level of numeracy Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Articulate with the ability to brief internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and confidence.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.


Your Profile

What we’re looking for:

Experience in using insights to act and do things differently. Ability to learn and retain information. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft project skills. Good team player and communicator. With a proactive approach to problem solving, can work under pressure. Proven project management skills. Experience of project governance and its effective application. High level of numeracy and good attention to detail. Broad marketing experience, enabling different and alternative perspectives across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities. Excellent ‘storyteller’ able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
