Senior Marketing Executive

Diamond Search Recruitment is delighted to be representing our client, a dynamic and growing organisation in the leisure industry, who are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team.

This is a permanent opportunity with offices based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, offering a hybrid working arrangement with a requirement of working 3 days a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 12-month marketing plan, working closely with the wider teams across the business to ensure successful delivery.
  • Increase brand awareness and generate new leads through various marketing channels, including traditional and digital methods.
  • Work closely with the product and sales teams to deliver direct marketing to existing clients through the customer lifecycle plan.
  • Deliver campaigns to re-engage with existing clients and ensure regular engagement with the database by segmenting data, tracking trends, and delivering targeted campaigns.
  • Champion content on the website and other channels by co-creating and delivering a content plan, including improving existing pages and creating new content.
  • Create brochures and sales collateral to attract new clients and engage with the existing client list.
  • Develop a strategy to gather and publish customer reviews on the website and other platforms.
  • Oversee and deliver monthly reports on enquiry and booking data.
  • Organise and project manage any marketing events.

What We Offer

The successful Senior Marketing Executive will be rewarded with a salary of £34-37,000, pro-rata, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
