**About the role**:
AXA Health is AXA's health and wellbeing specialist in the UK, and we're helping people be their best selves. To help support the Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations team in three vital areas, we're looking for several talented individuals to join the team.

As Marketing Co-Ordinator, you'll be supporting the shaping and delivery of our strategic intent for our team across all our audiences including Individual, SME and Corporate and Intermediaries.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Support the delivery of Customer Experience, Marketing and Operational annual priorities.
- Contribute to the delivery efforts of all Customer Marketing, Experience and Operational activities and initiatives.
- Support the step-change required from Customer Marketing, increasing our contribution to both business and customer.
- Enable actionable insights across a variety of methods, including campaigns, influencing key stakeholders and increasing in customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and create strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Use high quality external thinking, examples and out of sector to enrich our internal thoughts.
- Be able to constructively ‘agitate' to ensure we are operating at the right pace.
- Act as a Marketing role model and customer champion within AXA Health.

- Experience in using insights to act and do things differently.
- Ability to learn and retain information.
- Excel, PowerPoint, word, & Microsoft project skills.
- Good team player & good communicator.
- With a proactive approach to problem solving, can work under pressure.
- Proven project management skills.
- High level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
- Broad marketing experience, enabling different and alternative perspectives across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities.
- An excellent ‘storyteller’ able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
