An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Administrator to join and support the admin team at Woking MRI, which falls under our Ashford and St. Peter's MRI units in Surrey. The role is based across two sites Woking, & Chertsey - operating 4 MRI scanners. We have a large team of Radiographers and Administrators providing an efficient and professional service to patients, the Trust, and our private referrers.
You should ideally have experience in a Healthcare environment as you will be required to meet and greet patients.
A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
Please note this role will be primarily based at Woking MRI, However you will be required to working shifts in rotation across Woking and Chertsey.
