About the Role
As a Nighttime Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your role will involve supervising a team of dedicated care assistants and working closely with the clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of our care teams and contributing to the creation of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant care environment.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant who has an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care. You will have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering individualised care and support. We offer ongoing training opportunities to support your career development, and many of our Senior Care Assistants have progressed to more senior roles within the company.
