We're looking for a passionate and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
You'll be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants and ensuring they provide high-quality care and support. You'll also contribute to the development of care plans and assessments, working closely with the Deputy General Manager.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We're looking for individuals who share our values of compassion and kindness. Ongoing training and development opportunities will help you grow your career with us.
