About the Role:

Competitive Rate of Pay: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

We are seeking a Night Senior Carer to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our Deputy General Manager and clinical team. Your role will involve supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, care planning, and care reviews.

To succeed in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to delivering individualized care and support.
