**Job Title**: Healthcare Assistant
**Location**: Woking
**Salary**: Up to £34,320 per annum
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver a holistic approach to patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Assisting with feeding and hydration
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with children
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
