Essential criteria: A team player Reliable and flexible Willingness to learn new skills in a busy and changeable environment A sense of humour IT confidence with a min. average typing speed of 35 WPM Experience of working in a customer service environment Good timekeeping Desire to help patients and support the clinical team Own transport (there is no suitable public transport in the area)

Desirable

Experience of working within healthcare and/or a GP surgery Medical receptionist/care co-ordinator experience with experience of using Emis Web or another similar clinical system (though full training will be given)
