Falkland Veterinary Clinic, a leading provider of animal care services in Newbury, seeks an experienced Receptionist to join their team.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00 with a share in the weekend rota. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones and booking appointments, responding to client queries, registering new clients, and completing insurance forms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Responding to client queries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Registering new clients
  • Completing insurance forms
  • Dispensing medications
  • Taking payments

The ideal candidate will have previous reception experience, preferably in a veterinary setting, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and resilient individual who can provide a warm and welcoming experience to our clients. A positive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Salary and Benefits
