About the Role:

As a Care Home Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction, physical activity, and mental well-being among our residents. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and support the planning of activities and events that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental well-being among residents.
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.
  • Ensure that all activities and events are safe, accessible, and enjoyable for residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity plans and make recommendations for improvement.
