Roleoverview

Were lookingfor a Lead and Demand Generation Operations Manager to join ourAudience team to lead our daily effort to meet the highest levelsof campaign delivery with a focus on technical processes andcapabilities whilst keeping an eye on the campaign objectivesquality and execution.

Reporting to the CTO andworking with senior colleagues youll play a important role in thedevelopment and delivery of oneninefives digital marketing campaigncapabilities and calling campaigns. You will contribute to ourtechnical infrastructure roadmap continuously improve deliverystandards and deliver ongoing iterative enhancements towards agreedlongterm capability and performance goals.

Weoffer hybrid working opportunities for this role to either ourLondon or Manchester office. We are open to someone looking for aparttime opportunity that can commit to 30 hours perweek.

As a Lead and DemandGeneration Operations Manager atoneninefive youwill:

  • Manage23 direct reports to ensure technical campaign deliveryexcellence
  • Build an oversight of the technicalsystems that allow us to deliver our telemarketing contentsyndication demand generation and dataservices.
  • Work with the CTO to contribute tothe technology development roadmap.
  • Workdirectly with our development team to enhance our inhouse CampaignDelivery Platforms.
  • Work with customersproviding guidance and support on integrations from our deliverymethods into their chosen lead management marketing automation andwebinar platforms.
  • Have opportunities toprototype and bring to market new products and solutions in theDemand Generation space including new audience engagement channelsand techniques and technologies such asAI.

Youllbring:

  • 3 of yearsexperience in specific marketing and widertechnologies
  • Experience in important technicalaspects of outbound performance digital marketing in particularemail marketing (including cold email deliverytechniques)
  • Experience with lead generation andnurture via messaging platforms data trafficking and manipulationvia APIs
  • Knowledge of privacy legislation (forexample GDPR and CCPA) and considerations relevant to outbounddigital marketing and data management
  • Anunderstanding of using a range of digital and voice marketingtechniques along with datadriven insights and enhancements toachieve conversion improvements both to new audiences and existingsubscribers.
  • Knowledge of analysing data pointsto identify trends reporting findings to inform campaign andplatform enhancements
  • Skills in Email Trackingand Email deliverability Cold / volume email sends considerationsand techniques and Email Server Setup andmanagement
  • Experience in Data management andreporting and data dashboard building
  • Skills inconducting call reviews and quality assurance (QA) ensuring highlevels of customer service
  • Experience inmultiple platforms and tools including Marketing Lead Datavalidation and routing tools Telemarketing tools and platformsWebinar tools ESP/email platforms Routing API and Webhookstechnologies Data visualisation and presentation tools MarketingAutomation tools and Dataplatforms
