We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive our brand presence and continued growth in the B2B fintech sector. As an integral part of our expanding Marketing Team, your mission will be to spearhead demand generation initiatives, leveraging both digital and physical platforms to cultivate a vibrant community around our brand. You will overseeing and enhancing our digital owned and paid media channels to streamline the customer journey
You will be building a community around the brand through innovative digital and in-person events and initiatives
You will be optimising content delivery aligned with our overarching content strategy across various channels, including search, email and social media
You will be refining our CRM and marketing automation workflows to deepen relationships with prospects and partners, working closely with the Sales and Partnerships teams
You will be analysing campaign and web performance, drawing insights to refine strategies and optimise future efforts
You will be collaborate with external partners, agencies, and contractors to ensure the seamless execution of design and web development projects
You have 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, preferably SaaS and/or fintech with a focus on demand generation and community building
You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
You have a proven understanding of core marketing principles (e.g. storytelling, branding, demand generation, analytics), and the ability to apply them in a technology-driven landscape
You have strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making and uncover optimisation opportunities
You have experience with CRM and CMS platforms, with a preference for HubSpot expertise
You have exceptional project management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects with varying timelines
