About the role

Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit an Operations Support Role to work on our Water Network Alliance contract in Wales.

As a support supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating site set ups and arranging pre-site meetings to ensure we have full control of plant and fittings in line with the program of works. You will support the supervisor by attending joint site meetings with HA’s and our client. You will drive behaviour's to support site safety, quality, and management of cost. You will support the supervisor and project manager by actively contributing effective improvement measures and efficiencies across the Developer Services workstream.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

IOSH safety certificate A current valid driving license Supervisors’ street work card A working knowledge of disciplinary and capability procedures A working knowledge of accident investigation procedure A good understanding of operational activities, waterworks fittings and trade skill Commercial Awareness Proven ability to deliver improvements to productivity, safety, and customer focus in a utility environment Confident, self-motivated, and capable of operating independently without regular oversight
