Position - Project Coordinator

Reporting to - Operations Manager / Product Development Managers

- Main function of the job includes but is not limited to the following.

Ensure world class customer service by means of processing/ progressing customer orders, pro
- actively liaising with customers and other in-house departments to achieve accurate and timely information.

**Responsible for**:
Customer care covering the sales order process from enquiry to final delivery of the product to the customer’s satisfaction.

Keeping Managers and Agents updated on any problems or opportunities arising on their accounts.

General Administration including updating The MRP system.

**Main Duties**:
Timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Raise and maintain these orders ensuring accurate customer details, items and updated shipping requests and to certify the order is completed correctly.

To pro-actively progress new jobs, documenting jobs by means of raising RFQ, s and coordinating new job meetings, concluding the meeting with minutes and actions which are then monitored and followed up.

Collate detailed information for customer enquiries to be passed on to Sales Managers or Estimating.

To update customers with schedules and establish a regular dialogue with the client base, pro-actively chasing up new orders etc.

To liaise with planning and keep customers updated on deadlines, delays, repeat order lead-times or any other pertinent information.

**Initiative**:
You are expected to be self-reliant, able to make decisions quickly on your own behalf and to distinguish situations where problems should be referred to a senior manager.

**Aptitude**:
You must show an ability to be able to follow internal procedures, understand written and verbal instructions and understand those aspects of the process appertaining to your job role.

**A ‘can do’ attitude is essential.**

**Flexibility**:
You will be required to demonstrate a flexible attitude to your day-to-day duties including cover for your colleagues when they are absent or called away if you are requested to do so. In addition, you may be required to assist in other departments and perform other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

**Administration & communication skills**:
You must be able to effectively communicate information / issues to customer, colleagues and senior management (oral, written & electronic) and ensure that this is done in a clear and professional manner.

To uphold and positively support Company policies in all areas of the business.

Promote and maintain good working relationships with internal colleagues / departments.

**Health & safety**:
Ensure that you work within the Health & Safety instructions of Urban Street Designs at all times. To report to the Health & Safety Adviser, any Health & Safety issue which may affect you or the wellbeing of a colleague.

**Confidentiality**:
In the course of your duties, you will endeavor to prevent publication or disclosure to any source, internal or external, of any confidential information of the Company and/or its clients or employees at all times. You shall not directly or indirectly divulge to any person or Company (other than those whose province it is to know the same or with proper authority) any trade secrets, business information methods, lists, or any other information of the Company or its clients or employees. This restriction will continue beyond the terms of your employment with the Company without restriction in the pursuance of your occupation.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
