Site Operations Coordinator

We are Footprint, and we're looking for a highly skilled Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with experience of working in a similar role on site. They will be responsible for providing daily administration support to the project lead and the wider site team, including leading on police vetting applications for site personnel.
As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, based on reception. You will also support the operations team with daily inductions and turnstile access, set up and maintain the project directory, and record environmental KPIs and social value figures monthly.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will produce the monthly site newsletter and assist the site team with health and safety admin. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively manage and order site consumables.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes ownership and is accountable for their actions. You will be able to find solutions to practical problems and think on your feet, using initiative to overcome barriers.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a background working on site in a similar role and possess essential knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, we would love to hear from you.
