Position Purpose

The Head of P&C for EMEA is responsible for leading the P&C team across the UK, Poland, and South Africa. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and People Team across EMEA & APAC to continue to build and develop our people and talent strategy.

ResponsibilitiesLeadership
  • Manage and lead the people and talent strategy aligning with future business goals and growth plans.
  • Work with our People Team to ensure Bravura Solutions is a great place to work.
Talent
  • Drive the Talent Management Agenda ensuring a clearly defined strategy is outlined consistently across the EMEA Region.
  • Lead local P&C teams through the annual performance review process across EMEA.
Employee Relations
  • Lead the P&C team on people-related policies across EMEA.
  • Ensure leaders are supported on people management and aware of responsibilities regarding fair and consistent opportunities at work.
  • Drive DE&I initiatives across EMEA.
Change Management
  • Act as a change agent in the management of organisational change.
Total Reward and Ops
  • Partner with the Global Reward team to deliver on our compensation philosophy.
Key Skills
  • Experience across all areas of People & Talent.
  • 10 years' experience at a senior level within a large corporate organisation.
  • Experience as a Head of P&C or P&C Manager.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence Senior Executives.
  • Excellent people management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong strategic skill set.
