Artfarm is on a journey to deliver an ambitious people strategy, due to expansion across the group, we are looking for a talented people professional to join our team as People Partner.

**Your Role**

As a People Partner at Artfarm you will play a crucial role in supporting our team members and fostering a positive work environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive People support and guidance to managers and employees across The Audley Public House, Mount St Restaurant and The Farm Shop, all situated in Mayfair.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to ensure individuals at every level have the right support, resources, and skills to enable them to ‘Go Beyond’ for both our guests and colleagues.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a range of HR-related matters including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and People policies and procedures.
- Recruit, onboard and induct new hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration into the company culture.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee performance issues, supporting investigations as necessary and recommending appropriate solutions and actions.
- Serve as a resource for employees, addressing inquiries related to benefits, compensation, and policies in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with the People team to develop and implement initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of People processes and practices, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly People Team initiatives, collaborate with the wider People Team group and collate any site-specific content.

**What makes a brilliant People Partner**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification or a desire to work towards.
- Relevant experience in HR roles, preferably within the hospitality industry or a similar customer-centric environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the company.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational, admin and time management skills.
- Proactively drive sustainability initiatives within team.
