**We have an exciting opportunity for a People Partner to join our People team. This role is a based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.**

**Job Profile**
In this role you will partner with managers across our Clinic in both our Clinical and Enabling Functions. You’ll work closely with our Senior Strategic People Partners; own and be responsible for business partner relationships supporting the creation of effective people solutions to drive the people agenda. The People Partnering team deliver transformational people performance and organisational capability aligned to the achievement of Clinic strategy and goals.
As part of the Clinic’s People Team you will work with colleagues and stakeholders to design, plan, develop and deliver an integrated, comprehensive, solution-focused People Plan that enables effective delivery of the functions plan.
Working in collaboration with the specialist People teams within Clinic such as Shared Services and Talent to deliver, and in some instances help to co-create, functionally appropriate workforce/People strategy, policy and process.
- **Job Type**: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
- **Salary**:Up to £50,000 per annum
- **Location**:1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) - this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

**Key Duties**
- Advising and providing clear and expert advice on a range of People issues including best practice, legislation, and the analysis and interpretation of data, and ensure business areas are aware of market conditions likely to impact on staff recruitment, retention and business development prospects.
- Support Strategic Partners in the development of operational plans across business areas, clinical and non-clinical, challenging the status quo and devising and supporting people management solutions that meet present and future challenges.
- Act as a point of contact within the People Team with related enquiries or troubleshooting.
- Act as a coach to individual managers and teams to ensure staff behaviour is aligned to the Clinic’s values; enabling leaders and managers to deal successfully with people management issues, develop their capability in effective performance management, employee engagement, talent development and retention.
**Skills & Experience**
- MCIPD Level 7 is desirable, or the equivalent educational achievement and experience.
- Extensive relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) at Business Partner level gained in large complex organisations with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships).
- Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends and evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
