A prestigious company is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service. This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact, working closely with senior management and various departments to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily business activities run without a hitch, supporting colleagues and management effectively.
  • Manage customer orders, quotes, and service requests promptly, ensuring all issues are resolved in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Deliver day orders, weekly reports, and month-end reports to keep the team and management informed.
  • Collate and report on customer returns and warranty issues.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage daily operations and support senior management.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a track record of resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Experience in supporting purchase administration and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and timely reports.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
