London, United Kingdom Third Bridge Full time
Job Description

What will you do?

Taking ownership of all our enablement initiatives, as our new Commercial Enablement Manager, you’ll equip our commercial teams with the knowledge, tools and resources they need to realize their full potential. From mapping out their training journeys to building the foundation of how we approach coaching, you’ll be engaged in crafting and executing enablement programs that truly propel Third Bridge’s marketing and sales initiatives to reach new heights.

Developing a repository of sales enablement materials and collateral, you’ll collaborate closely with our wider marketing and sales leadership teams to ensure alignment between our objectives, messaging and strategies. You’ll create sales certification and training programs that set up our sales representatives for success while ensuring consistency. Working hand in hand with our sales coach, you’ll influence the way our commercial teams represent Third Bridge and our offerings, guiding them on value messaging and sales methodologies that drive revenue growth and ensure our clients are delighted.

Using data to inform your decisions, you’ll liaise with our Sales Operation Manager to spot trends, look for opportunities to drive process efficiency and ways to get the most out of our sales enablement tools and platforms. By tracking various metrics, you’ll measure program compliance and the business impact of the programs you deliver, continuously improving the performance of our teams.

You excel in analyzing sales and marketing performance data, deriving actionable insights and implementing training programs that drive measurable business impact. Your analytical mindset along with your strong collaboration skills, helps you foster positive working relationships with the stakeholders you work with, and ensure you are able to get maximum usage out of the tools

You have the confidence and the experience to bring your tried and tested techniques to drive quick wins and longer term strategies. Experimenting comes naturally to you, and with your passion to keep improving, you tweak and adjust processes until you get them just right. If this sounds like you, then apply now and our team will be in touch to discuss this further.
