In this role, you’ll partner closely with sales and customer success teams to develop and deliver enablement programs that drive growth and efficiency in enterprise B2B sales. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Enablement, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the tools, training, and processes they need to succeed.
What you will be doing
  • Sales Enablement Expertise: Design, implement, and manage enablement programs for quota-carrying sales and customer success teams, while supporting Commercial Kickoff and QBR events through program management and content creation.
  • Learning Content Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive curriculum, including e-learning and LMS materials, tailored to enterprise sales in SaaS.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on product offerings and messaging.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize the impact of tools and enablement programs to ensure they are aligned with sales objectives while collaborating with sales managers to optimize processes and adherence to methodologies.

  • Proven expertise in developing training materials, running workshops, onboarding and supporting the ongoing education of commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, challenges, and how to optimize performance through effective enablement.
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Highspot) and Salesforce is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
  • Self-driven, shows initiative and acts with accountability.

Additional important information
:
  • Travel: This role requires frequent travel within the US, UK, and the Schengen area (around 4 times a year in total). As such, candidates must have availability and preferably the legal ability to travel freely within these regions already. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship for work visas for the UK at the moment, so candidates must already hold the necessary permissions to work there.

What we offer
  • We will help you grow your career: We help you identify areas of growth for you, whether you want to grow as a specialist in your field or eventually want to go into a leadership/management role.
  • We have a transparent and open work environment where everyone is empowered to make an impact and encouraged to voice their ideas.
  • Keeping true to our value, “Xeneta is one,” we regularly organize social events, including Friday after-work-socials, board game nights, weekly quizzes and a yearly global company trip. This may vary depending on location and nature of the job (In-office/hybrid vs remote).
  • You will enjoy our generous vacation plan: 5-10 extra paid days off around public holidays throughout the year and 5 weeks of paid vacation.
  • You will receive an individual education budget and can educate yourself during work hours: you can spend several hours each month attending courses, reading books or getting involved in communities.
  • You will receive a private health insurance.
  • We offer flexible working hours that give you the opportunity to decide your own working time with core working hours being from 10:00h to 15:00h.
  • We value work-life balance and want to make sure you can spend quality time with your family or enjoy your hobbies when your workday is over.
