Part time (2-3 days per week) role to cover paternity for 2 months. 

The Business Change and Communication Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of Workday for a professional services client. This role requires expertise in business change, communication writing, training support, and general project management. The consultant will report directly to the Business Change Workstream Lead and work closely with various stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of the Workday system.

Key Responsibilities:
Change Management:
  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of the Workday programme.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect various business units.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Communication:
  • Write and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications related to the Workday programme.
  • Develop communication plans to ensure timely and effective information dissemination to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and manage content for newsletters, emails, presentations, and other communication channels.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
  • Support the development of stakeholder engagement plans to maintain high levels of involvement and support.
