The Business Change and Training Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of Workday for a professional services client. This role requires expertise in business change, communication writing, training support, and general project management. The consultant will report directly to the Business Change Workstream Lead and work closely with various stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of the Workday system.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Change Management**:

- Support the development and execution of change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of the Workday programme.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect various business units.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

**Communication**:

- Write and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications related to the Workday programme.
- Develop communication plans to ensure timely and effective information dissemination to all relevant stakeholders.

**Training Support**:

- Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct training workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions as needed.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

**Project Management**:

- Assist the Business Change Lead with project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
- Support the development of stakeholder engagement plans to maintain high levels of involvement and support.
