Who we are seeking

We are now recruiting for a Operations Administrator to join our ambitious Production Operations department within the Sunseeker family at its flagship site - Poole Quay.

The Sunseeker Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of various operational processes within the company. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments, in order to complete variety of duties including Personal Assistance support, data management, preparation and maintenance of documentation and general administrative tasks (such as ordering and managing office equipment and stationery).

Our ideal candidate

  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Has proven track record in database management systems
  • Displays understanding of operational metrics in order to update reports on a regular basis
  • Previously planned, scheduled and coordinated appointments, diaries and meetings (both internally and externally), recorded minutes and actions
  • Has a keen eye for detail and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, often to tight deadlines
  • Has a motivated and optimistic approach towards the work presented
  • Strives to achieve a high standard of work whilst maintaining a thorough and detailed work process
