Project Manager for Medical E-Rostering

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join MCHFT to launch medical e-rostering across the organisation, this requires an immediate start in order to commence and drive forward this new and exciting project.
The Project Manager will provide robust and dynamic project management whilst also championing the ethos and vision of the project in a supportive manner. This will include coordinating the project's governance processes, engaging with and supporting multiple project workstreams and delivering on specific project responsibilities as and when required.
This role will allow the right person to grow, develop and become a subject matter expert in Medical eRostering.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Project Manager is to manage the delivery of the Medical eRostering programme of work at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post is pivotal in the delivery of the project through effective planning, co-ordination and execution or robust project governance, and will also ensure that robust monitoring and evaluation processes are in place, throughout the project lifecycle.
The role will primarily be focused on establishing support and work streams for the programme and work with partners and key stakeholders to implement the key priorities and objectives working closely with staff at all levels, including Directors, managers of the Trust, and supplier representatives etc.
The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a number of project controls and reporting mechanisms, including relevant committees of the Trust, in order to facilitate effective and timely escalation and management of risks, issues and required delivery actions.

Educated to Graduate Level or equivalent level of experience. Demonstrable skill in understanding, analysing and communicating complex information in an accessible manner. Evidence of continuing professional development.
Desirable
Experience of NHS regulatory processes, governance and strategic programme reporting. Knowledge of Medical Terms & Conditions Experience and knowledge of e-rostering Workforce Management
Skills
Essential
Track record of effective engagement and partnership working with internal stakeholders. Ability to write detailed & accurate reports and analyse data. Plan projects, including liaison with contractors, suppliers and Trust staff.
