Primary Responsibilities

The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the execution of the Medical e-Rostering program at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of the project through effective planning, coordination, and governance, ensuring that thorough monitoring and evaluation processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

The focus will be on establishing support and workstreams for the program, collaborating with partners and key stakeholders to implement essential priorities and objectives while working closely with staff at all levels, including senior management and supplier representatives.

The Project Manager will also be tasked with developing and maintaining various project controls and reporting mechanisms, including relevant committees, to facilitate timely management of risks, issues, and necessary actions for delivery.

  • Proven ability to analyze and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Recognized project management qualification (e.g., APM, Prince 2).
  • Strong track record of effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in writing detailed reports and analyzing data.
  • Experience in project planning, including coordination with contractors and suppliers.
