Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • FRCP / MRCP or equivalent AND FRCPath or equivalent
  • Possession of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent

Experience

  • Clinical expertise in General Haematology, Blood Transfusion, Coagulation, and Malignant Haematology
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and awareness of medical advancements

Leadership and Management

  • Proven clinical leadership and management capabilities
  • Experience in policy implementation, resource management, and performance evaluation
