Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Manage, motivate and coach your region of Healthcare Development Managers to deliver against annual targets. 
- Working as part of the Nutrition Leadership team you will develop and execute a commercial strategy for the region and input into strategic decision making for the wider business. 
- Co-create, monitor and develop Development Manager account plans for your region and as part of the wider national strategy. 
- Full responsibility for all commercials within your region including (but not limited to) SVT (sales vs targets) attainment, market share progression, trade spend management, rebate management, dispensing doctor and hospital deals. 
- Champion the coaching and upskilling of the sales teams to aid SVT attainment. 
- Contribute to omnichannel strategy as part of the national and global omnichannel framework.
