Location: Ridings Point. We have a hybrid approach to home-working 

A Day in the Life of a Customer Account Administrator

You will process sales orders via our in-house SAP system You will manage hospital orders ensuring adherence to SOP’s for controlled distribution products  You will maintain the system and ensure orders are ready for release reviewing order blocks and feeding back to the Customer Account executive  You will identify and resolve any pricing issues working with the Customer Account executive responsible and ensuring correct pricing is applied to the orders prior to release to warehouse  You will be responsible for daily liaison with the Demand Management team in terms of demand, customer reserve, EOQ and OMRS You will work with the wider team to support stock allocations and releases You will be working with our UK Quality team responsible for processing new complaints onto our in-house system (Trackwise). Responsible for all patient and HCP contact via the telephone and email. Always ensuring best in class service. You will be responsible for analysis and data interrogation  You will be responsible for managing the UK general enquiries inbox, responding and triaging enquiries working to agreed timelines, SLA’s and procedures You will be responsible for new account set-up and account amendments in SAP, ensuring all correct licencing and banking information is present and evidenced  You will create customer licences adhering to MHRA guidelines
