Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Partner with senior leaders in the business in all HR matters, including updating policy and procedure.
  • Be the sole point of contact for all internal HR matters including ER, grievances, and policy updates.
  • Development and ongoing maintenance of the organisational culture and benefits program for approx. 150 employees.
  • Partner with business units to implement retention strategies for both blue- and white-collar operations.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment for internal roles.
  • Partner with business leaders on upskilling, performance, and training programs.
