We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our team to provide integral support to our Rail and Infrastructure division. Working against tight deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will provide crucial administrative support to our team of project coordinators and wider operational division. 

What you will achieve:

Support the Project Coordinator Team: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including email correspondence, data entry, and document management.
Purchase Orders & Invoicing: Accurately process and manage purchase orders and invoices.
Project Tracking: Update and maintain project trackers for effective project management and reporting.
System Management: Efficiently operate multiple systems, ensuring accurate data maintenance.
Procurement Assistance: Support the procurement coordinator with sourcing and vendor management tasks.
Communication: Handle high volumes of emails and maintain clear channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.

Who we are looking for:

To excel in this role you will need:

Versatile System Expertise: A strong background in using various systems and software applications.

Proven Experience: 2-3 years in an administrative or personal assistant role, showcasing your adaptability and expertise.

Multi-Mailbox Proficiency: Skill in managing multiple mailboxes seamlessly.

High-Pressure Performance: A track record of excelling under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Detail-Oriented Data Management: A sharp eye for detail and a knack for handling data accurately.

Exceptional Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage your time with precision.

Strong Organizational Prowess: Confidence, resilience, and superior organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly.
