We are looking for an Administrator for our client based in Chelworth Industrial Estate, Cricklade, SN6 6HE.
**About the Administrator role**:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm
- Temporary to Permanent role
- £23,000 per annum
- Office based role
- Location of role is Chelworth Industrial Estate, Cricklade, SN6 6HE. Due to location you will need your own transport as there isn't any public transport
**Duties & responsibilities for the Administrator role**:
- Maintain quality levels and ensure standards are met.
- Ensure filing and documentations are up to date
- Produce all paperwork needed for warehouse operations to include both inbound/outbound and picking of stock required by customers
- Liaise with management and shift supervisors
- To be flexible within the warehouse team and working environment
- Book in deliveries from suppliers
- Produce delivery documentation for all orders leaving the warehouse
- Be the direct link between company and third party customer
- Order consumable stock for the pick/pack operation
- Liaise with Warehouse on order collections daily
- Booking deliveries onto the in-house transport system
- Obtaining POD’s for deliveries made
**Key Skills and requirements for the Administrator role**:
- Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft programs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to plan & manage workloads to tight deadlines
- Confident, polite, and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work alone or as part of team
- Good organisational skills
- Reliability and dependability
- Literacy & numeracy skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
