Due to high business volumes an opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our small and friendly Sales Team. This is a new role within the Company, and we are looking for a reliable individual to undertake administrative tasks, to support the wider team in the process of property valuation, assessment and offer. Direct experience in this field is not necessary, as full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Purchasing team.
- Manage instruction and collation of estate agent property appraisals.
- Obtain property information from online sources and estate agents.
- Update clients and customers on progress.
- Deal effectively with customer service calls.
- Proactively manage workload and show initiative.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of properties in our inventory.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- We are looking for a bright, hardworking and enthusiastic individual.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers.
- Office administration and customer service experience is preferred, but other commercial experience will be considered.
- Previous experience in the property industry is beneficial but not essential.

**Shift Pattern**:

- Office based in our modern, purpose built office in Royal Wootton Bassett.
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)

This role is well-suited for individuals with strong communication, administrative skills and a customer-oriented approach. It offers a competitive salary with additional incentive programme and provides opportunities for training and growth within the property industry.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
