**Sales Administrator - £22,000 Per Annum + bonus and benefits.**

**(34 hours per week) 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm Friday**

**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the General Manager as part of our small sales and purchasing team you’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting the Office Team Lead and the sales administration team order process.
- Providing customer pricing on product ranges and transferring any leads for new business opportunities to our Sales Director.
- Processing sales orders, generating invoices and providing all relevant dispatch paperwork to the Warehouse team.
- Arranging UK & EU shipping following up on delivery status’.
- General administration duties within our warehousing and order processing system, managing customer files and relevant documentation.

**Who we are looking for**:
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a customer facing administration position, however this isn’t mandatory. We’re looking for someone who has the aptitude and ability to deliver excellent customer service, and deliver consistent, accurate work whatever their previous experience.

You’ll need to have a proficient level of IT ability within Microsoft Office packages and be able to work independently within a small, friendly office team and be comfortable working at pace and accuracy during busy periods. Excellent communication in written and verbal English is required.
