Patient Pathway Manager

The role of the Patient Pathway Administrator (PPA) is to provide a high quality professional administrative and clerical support to the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator (PPC) team within their clerical group. The co-ordination of the patient journey is a critical factor in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of care.
