THE ROLE

Our Talent Acquisition team at Genius Sports are the entry point to a career at Genius Sports. We are the custodians of the world class candidate experience that we strive to offer all candidates who engage with us. 

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead you are a valued member of both the Global Talent Acquisition Team and the divisions that you are supporting. This role is responsible for Technology (UK), Corporate (Global) and Commercial (Global) recruitment.

As an experienced Technical Sourcer and Recruiter, you are passionate, collaborative and adaptable Your skills will strengthen our team, enabling us to continue to recruit the best talent for Genius Sports.

Key Objectives of the Role

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, ensuring a first-class experience for candidates and stakeholders alike; Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to seek high-quality Tech candidates for open requirements; Proactively get in front of high caliber, passive candidates through research, outreach and networking; Contribute to employer branding, salary benchmarking, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively.

Requirements

Previous Tech recruitment experience in a fast-paced industry essential, inhouse recruitment experience is advantageous; Previous experience successfully delivering Tech talent at all levels of seniority, across various technologies; A record of managing Talent Sourcing in a results-orientated environment and contributing to the Global Talent team with knowledge and energy; Existing experience in Corporate and Commercial experience is advantageous Experience recruiting internationally is beneficial The resourcefulness to turn a team’s needs into a search and, ultimately, hiring the best candidate for the job; A passion for each step of the recruiting process and ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience System savvy - we use Greenhouse (ATS) and Workday (HRIS) Organised with attention to detail
