**What You'll Do**:

- You will independently manage the full cycle recruitment processes for a portfolio of roles within both technical and business verticals across multiple entities
- You'll act as a strategic partner for your hiring managers and provide advice and ideas to enable hiring the best talent for Native Instruments
- Result oriented, you will work to defined hiring targets and timeframes and reverse engineer your time and workflow to build your success
- Create and execute company hiring trainings on best practices in Talent Acquisition in order to support our hiring managers and teams in their interviewing activities

**What You'll Need**:

- Previous professional experience in full cycle recruiting. Ideally a background in both agency and in-house recruiting environments
- Your track record of great hiring results within a fast-paced and target driven environment
- You demonstrate a strong affinity for working in ambiguity and thrive within an environment of change and challenge
- Proactive approach to tackling challenges and suggesting solutions/ideas/initiatives
- Interest in giving and receiving feedback
- You are data driven and enjoy working in an environment where recruiting metrics and insights are used to build robust talent acquisition strategies
- Experience juggling multiple positions and hiring deadlines and the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks to achieve maximum impact
- English language required, with fluency in written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment
